ava's sixth birthday:..

i got to help with this amazing party. i love to see what my sister comes up with, she is a creative genius. really.  i hope i can give my kids awesome parties like this someday.

favorite dinner.

 gorgonzola is beautiful and delicious. it helps create my favorite dinner. so does the garlic. but then you have to brush your teeth! regardless, we make this a lot in the wolf household.

and it sure is nice to eat outside this time of year, don't you think?

the weekend.

 

we went to the temple on friday at sunset and got to remember a few things from our wedding. my dad took us to breakfast on saturday at IHOP. and we did some window shopping at pottery barn kids, where i found an amazing tiger. i love cats, you may already know. we did not eat the funnel cakes at the gaslight festival but jonas did wear and freaky hat and made it even more hideous. we made milkshakes too, really i just wanted to note how much i am looking like my mom these days. and we worked on our apartment which may or may not be finished ever. but we do have hope.

we do not really love football but it was great to get to know the members in our new ward a little better, plus the food was amazing. fall is here too. no more 102° weather, please?

camping.

 jonas was so excited about this trip. it might have been the happiest i have ever seen him! and it rained the entire night..but we had a nice fire going for a little while, thanks to jonas and no thanks to all the rain.
