worry worry.


my week was filled with so many strong feelings.
some of them were really wonderful.
unfortunately anxiety ruled most of my thoughts.
i tried to think of ways to alleviate my anxiety or to ignore the anxious thoughts without medicine. i have gone with meds before and will never ever go back.
i think lists help but i am going to focus a little more on positive thinking.
i found a list of "freeing" quotes. i should post them before i start doubt them::
